Our main focus is to gain complete customer satisfaction. So, we provide refunds based on our service package and the date of purchase. All packages lie under a limited refund with certain conditions.

As JetRanks offer quality backlinks with manual link building technique, we do not provide refunds once the order gets started. The order reaches your end on time as described.

However, if any exceptional circumstances arise in delivering your order, we will provide a refund against your purchase or if the delivery report is not as described, you can get our support via contact form or mail us.

Note:

  1. If our delivered output does not reach your satisfaction, we require clear evidence to process the refund.
  2. Before refund, kindly contact our support team to rectify your issues.
  3. We offer only quality links, and if any link is dead, you can contact our 24/7 service to replace it instantly.
  4. In case of canceling the order, it must be brought to notice within 12 hours from the time of order placement. 
  5. If a refund is approved after validation, we will process the credit within 7-10 days.

We process refunds through the original payment channel like net transfer, UPI payments, Debit & Credit cards or an easy possible way by our agency and requesting the user to provide the right account details for a smooth process.
